Forget Gay Marriage - SCOTUS Just Legalized Something Much WORSE
The Supreme Court’s decision to legalize same-sex marriage last Friday, thereby trampling all over the Tenth Amendment, was a massive blow to Christians nationwide. But while we were all understandably outraged by the gay marriage decision, SCOTUS went and did something even worse.
Earlier this week, the Supreme Court refused to hear a key case regarding the right of states to require citizenship documents in order for individuals to register to vote.
By refusing to hear an appeal of the 10th Circuit decision against Kansas and Arizona in a voter ID case, the Supreme Court effectively set the precedent that registering to vote without proof of citizenship is perfectly acceptable.
